Well, first of all, you should be worried.
Check the scene, see if she hit her head anywhere, or might've tripped.
Next, check to see if she's just sleeping. You don't wanna disturb her.
Now, if she isn't asleep and it seems as she hurt herself and isn't asleep, check for your CPR/First Aid A-B-Cs.
A: Airway. If she's breathing, then that means her airway is clear and she's doing fine (so far.) If she is not, take two fingers and swab out her throat. This will get rid of anything that is clogging her airway.
B: Beat. If she doesn't have a heartbeat, skip the next step.
C: Circulation. If her pulse is fine, make sure her air is going straight to her lungs. This is circulation.
If she passes none of those A-B-Cs, then take one palm and cover it onto the back of your other hand. Bend all fingers inward and find the indent between her ribs. Do 30 reps of pushing down hard to resseitate her heart. Then, check your A-B-Cs.
